Warm Taco Bean Dip

  • 1 can refried beans

  • 1 block cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 jar chunky salsa. divided

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

  • jalapeno, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 can black beans, 1/2 cup corn, cilantro, olives (optional)

Grease small oven safe dish.

Preheat oven to 375..

In small bowl, mix refried beans and cream cheese.

Add spices, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, and 1/2 jar salsa. (if adding optional ingredients, stir them in now)

Pour into prepared dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese, remaining salsa, and sliced jalapeno.

Bake until bubbly around edges. About 20 minutes or so.

Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
