BBQ Betty Cheeseball

  • 2 blocks cream cheese, softened

  • 3 tbsp sour cream

  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1/4 cup corn

  • 1 ranch packet

  • 3 heaping tbsp bbq sauce

  • 1/4 cup green onions

  • BBQ Corn Nuts, crushed

  • tortilla chips

Mix all ingredients in bowl.

Place on plastic wrap and wrap it around the ball.

Form into ball form, place in a small bowl to keep its shape.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, roll into corn nuts.

Place on serving tray.

Drizzle with bbq sauce.

Serve with tortilla chips.
