Mediterranean Salsa

  • 4 cucumbers, peeled and chopped

  • 1 crate multi colored tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 red onion, diced

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

  • 1/2 lemon juiced, more if preferred

  • 4 oz feta crumbles

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp lemon pepper

  • handful of fresh dill, chopped

  • salt and pepper

  • pita chips

Dice cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion all about the same size.

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, salt and pepper and dill. Stir well.

Add cucumber mixture and stir well.

Serve immediately with pita chips.

**If not serving immediately, place chopped vegetables in strainer over a big bowl. This will draw out some of the juices from the cucumbers and tomatoes so your salsa wont be watery. When ready to serve, mix the sauce into the vegetables and serve.
