Salt and Vinegar Baked French Fries

  • 5 golden potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1 inch sticks

  • 2 cups white vinegar

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp parsley

  • 1 tsp dill

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • pepper

Place cut potatoes in a large bowl. Add white vinegar to cover.

If the vinegar doesn’t cover the potatoes, then add water.

Let sit 30 minutes

Pat dry

Preheat oven to 400

Place dry potatoes on oiled cookie sheet

Mix seasonings and sprinkle over oiled potatoes

Toss

Bake in oven for around 30 minutes

Flip halfway through

Bake until crispy
