Peach Basil Brie Appetizer

  • 1 wheel of brie

  • 1 big ripe peach, diced

  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped

  • basil, chopped

  • balsamic glaze (store bought)

  • crackers of your choice

Place brie on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 7 minutes, or until soft in center

Slide brie off parchment onto serving tray.

Top with peaches, almonds, basil.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze

Serve with crackers
