Open Faced Caesar Salad

  • Sourdough Bread, toasted

  • Chicken breast, butterflied

  • Romaine, chopped

  • Parmesan cheese, shredded

  • Tomato, sliced

  • Croutons, crushed (I used store bought)

  • Caesar dressing (I used store bought)

  • black pepper

Start by butterflying the chicken and marinating in 1 cup caesar dressing, salt and black pepper.

Let marinate at least 1 hour.

Grill until no longer pink.

While chicken is grilling, place romaine in bowl and dress with dressing.

Once chicken is cooked, start layering the salad

Sourdough toasted and buttered, then chicken breast, them dressed romaine, sliced tomato, crushed croutons, parmesan, black pepper and more dressing if desired.
