Brownie Buster Bar Dessert

  • Box Brownie mix and ingredients on back

  • 1 quart vanilla bean ice cream

  • 1 jar hot fudge

  • roasted and salted peanuts

Make brownie in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool

Once cool, spread 1/2 jar fudge and 1 cup peanuts over brownie

Top with ice cream. Its easy to spread when soft. Leave out on counter for 5-10 minutes before spreading

Top with remaining fudge and sprinkle with peanuts.

Freeze.
