Monte Cristo Brunch Sliders

• mini brioche or Hawaiian bums

• 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise 

• sliced deli ham

• 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese

• sliced cheddar cheese

• 4 tbsp blackberry jam (or any flavor of your liking!)

Dressing

• 2 tbsp melted butter

• 1 tsp dijon mustard

• 1 tsp poppy seeds

• 1 tsp minced garlic

• 1 tsp maple syrup

Preheat oven to 375. Slice buns length wise, leaving then all still connected.

Place bottom buns in a lightly greased 8” square pan.

Layer with mayonnaise, cheddar sliced, ham, and Gouda.

Spread the jam on the top section of buns.

Place on top of the layered sandwiches.

Mix dressing ingredients in small bowl and stir.

Brush dressing over the sandwiches (don’t be afraid to brush on heavily).

Cover pan with foil.

Bake covered for 15-20 minutes.

Remove foil and continue baking for 10 minutes or until the top buns get a little crunchy.

Take out of oven and cut into sliders.
