Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
•2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
•1 tsp baking soda
•1 tsp salt
•1/4 cup cocoa powder
•1 cup butter, softened
•3/4 cup brown sugar
•3/4 cup granulated sugar
•1 tbsp vanilla extract
•2 eggs
•1 (12 oz) bag of dark chocolate chips or semisweet chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in small bowl. Set aside.
Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Beating well after each addition.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Using a small cookie scoop place on ungraded cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Cool completely.
