Chicken Gouda Apple Melts

• 3 chicken breasts

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise 

• 1/4 cup stone ground mustard

• 3 tbsp beer mustard

• 1/2 cup honey

• 1 cup fresh spinach

• 1 1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese

• 1 Apple, sliced 

• Sourdough bread


Add chicken breasts in crockpot set on low for 6 hours or high for 3.

Mix mayonnaise, mustards, and honey in small bowl.

Pour over chicken. Once done, shred the chicken.

Set oven to broil setting.

Lightly toast and butter sourdough bread.

Top with roughly chopped spinach.

Layer with chicken.

Add Apple slices on top of chicken.

Finally add Gouda cheese piled on high.

Place in oven and watch closely until the cheese is melted.

Serve!
