Korean Pizza with Orange Sesame Salad

Pulled beef

  • 2-3 pound beef roast

  • 1 white onion, sliced

  • 1 tbsp steak seasoning

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 can beef stock

  • 1/4 cup gochuchang sauce

Salad

  • 1 cup slaw mix

  • 2 cups arugula

  • snap peas, sliced

  • green onions

  • black and white sesame seeds

Dressing

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • dash of soy sauce

  • 1-2 tsp sriracha

Pizza

  • store bought crust

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • pear, thinly sliced

  • 3 tbsp gochuchang sauce

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tsp sriracha

Place beef roast and all ingredients in pressure cooker.

Set for 3 hours

Once done, release pressure and shred

Make dressing and stir

Place salad ingredients into bowl, lightly dress with dressing.

Spread pizza dough on pan

Cook for 6 minutes

Layer with gochuchang pizza sauce, 1/2 cheese, beef, green. onions, sesame seeds, pear, and more cheese

Bake until edges are browned and cheese is melty.

While pizza is cooking, place honey and sriracha in microwave until drizzle.

Once pizza is done drizzle with hot honey and sriracha.

Place salad in center of pizza.

Make sure to have salad with every bite.
