S'more Bars

  • 2 sticks salted butter, softened

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp marshmallow extract

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 1/4 cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • marshmallow fluff

  • chocolate squares

  • crushed graham crackers

Preheat oven to 375

Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla in stand mixer.

Add flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl, stir and set aside.

Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition

Add flour mixture.

Mix until just blended.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Spread dough into 20x15 sheet pan ( this size pan makes the bars thin. you can use smaller pan but your bars will be thicker)

Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.

Let cool completely.

Cut into squares but leave in the pan.

Once ready to serve, spread fluff over each square and top with chocolate square.

Broil for 1-2 minutes

Be sure to watch closely, you just want to marshmallow to be slightly toasted.

Remove and sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top
