Fried Ice Cream Dessert

  • 12 x 2 round pan or 9 x 13 pan

  • 1 stick plus 4 tbsp melted butter, divided

  • 3 cup cinnamon toast crunch cereal, divided

  • 15 golden oreos, divided

  • 3 cups corn flakes cereal, divided

  • 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1.5 quart vanilla bean ice cream, semi melted

  • chocolate syrup drizzle

In food processor pulse finely 2 cups cinnamon toast crunch, 2 cups corn flakes, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 10 golden oreos, and 1 stick melted butter.

Press crust into bottom of pan.

Gently spread ice cream over crust.

In food processor add 5 oreos, 1 cup cinnamon toast crunch, 1 cup corn flakes, 1 tsp cinnamon, 4 tbsp melted butter. Coarsely pulse.

Sprinkle over ice cream layer.

Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Freeze until solid.
