Black and Blue Pizza
store bought pizza crust
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
blue cheese crumbles
sprinkle dried parsley
2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup melted blackberry jam
Shredded Pork
1 1/2 pound pork loin
1 tbsp stone ground mustard
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
2 sliced jalapenos, divided
1/4 cup blackberry jam
2 tbsp A1 steak sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
Preheat oven to 425. Roll out dough to shape and size preferred on lightly greased pizza pan.
In slow cooker add pork loin. Rub with onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
In small bowl combine mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, 1/4 cup blackberry jam, ketchup, A1 sauce, and beef broth.
Pour over pork loin. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Shred.
Cook pizza crust for 7-10 minutes before adding toppings.
Layer toppings on pizza, omitting melted jam.
Cook for another 10 minutes or until melty.
Remove from oven and drizzle with melted blackberry jam.
