Apple Wine Dressing

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup white wine (I used Matua Sauvignon Blanc}

  • 1/2 cup apple juice

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

  • salt and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to mason jar, screw lid on and shake well.
