Asian Cucumber Salsa
6-8 mini cucumbers, diced
1 can waterchestnuts, chopped
4 stalks green onions, diced
white and black sesame seeds
3 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp chili garlic paste
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
wonton chips (found at Hyvee)
Place cucumbers, green onions, and waterchestnuts in bowl.
In separate bowl add the remaining ingerdients and stir well.
Pour over cucumber mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve with wonton chips
