Cheddar Brats with Horseradish Mustard Sauce

  • Cheddar brats

  • Brioche buns, toasted

  • white onion, diced

  • Saurkraut

  • 1/2 cup stone ground mustard

  • 1/4 cup creamy horseradish

  • 3 cloves roasted garlic, smashed

  • 1/4 cup white wine

  • sliced jalapenos

Cut top off of garlic bulb. Place on foil and drizzle with olive oil and salt.

Roast in oven at 375 for 20 minutes.

Let cool. Squeeze out cloves and smash.

Grill cheddar brats until cooked through

As the brats are cooking, mix horseradish, mustard, garlic and wine.

Chop onions, jalapenos, and cilantro

Finally build your brat.
