Warm Honey Brussel Salad

• 1 1/2 lb. brussel sprouts, trimmed• 5 strips of bacon, cooked• 1/2 red onion, sliced• 1/4 cup sliced almonds• 1 tbsp lemon pepper • 1 tbsp garlic powder• 1/4 cup honey• 1/4 cup dried cherries• olive oil

• 1 1/2 lb. brussel sprouts, trimmed

• 5 strips of bacon, cooked

• 1/2 red onion, sliced

• 1/4 cup sliced almonds

• 1 tbsp lemon pepper 

• 1 tbsp garlic powder

• 1/4 cup honey

• 1/4 cup dried cherries

• olive oil

Preheat oven to 400.

Place trimmed brussel sprouts and red onion on cookie sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and lemon pepper.

Cook for 20 minutes or until browned and soft.

Pour into serving dish.

Add crumbled bacon, dried cherries, and almonds.

Drizzle with honey.

Serve warm. Enjoy!
