Salted Pistachio Dark Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour 

• 1 tsp. baking soda 

• 1 tsp. salt

• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened 

• 3/4 cup brown sugar 

• 3/4 cup granulated sugar

• 3 tsp. vanilla extract

• 1 tsp. pistachio extract

• 2 eggs

• 1 12oz bag dark chocolate chips

• 1 cup pistachios

• coarse sea salt

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.

Set aside.

Beat butter and sugars with mixer until creamy.

Add extracts, mix well.

Add eggs one at a time, mix well between.

Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Add pistachios and chocolate chips.

Drop by spoonfuls onto non-greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.

While cookies are cooling, sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
