Pepperoni Pizza Sliders

  • 12 brioche slider buns

  • thick sliced pepperoni

  • 2 balls fresh mozzarella, sliced

  • 2 jars pizza sauce

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp basil

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp parsley

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Slice all buns without separating in half.

Place bottom buns on parchment paper.

Top with generous amount of pizza sauce.

Top with half of fresh mozzarella.

Then pepperoni.

Add the rest of the cheese.

Drizzle with more sauce.

Top with top buns.

Melt butter with seasonings.

Brush top of buns with butter mixture generously.

Cover with tin foil.

Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melty.

Remove foil and bake until tops are crunchy to the touch.

Serve warm with warmed pizza sauce.

Dip in sauce.
