Naan Greek Pizza

• mini naan

• 2 cup plain Greek yogurt

• 1 small cucumber, diced

• 1/4 red onion, diced

• 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

• 2 cups mixed greens

• 2 tbsp olive oil 

• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

• 1 handfuls baby tomatoes, halved

• 1/4 cup feta, crumbled

• salt and pepper

• the juice of one lemon

Mix yogurt, dill, lemon juice, onion, cucumber, salt and pepper in small bowl. Set aside.

Add mixed greens to small bowl and dress with salt pepper, oil, and vinegar.

Toast naan in toaster on light setting.

Plate the naan, top with the yogurt tzatziki sauce, layer with mixed greens, tomatoes, and feta.

Salt and pepper to taste.  This is a super easy and healthy dinner or lunch!
