Lemon Rosemary Pizza

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 1 jar alfredo sauce

  • 1 lemon

  • fresh spinach

  • store bought pizza dough

  • Fresh rosemary

  • mozzarella cheese, shredded

Place chicken and alfredo sauce in crock pot on low for 4-5 hours

Shred chicken

Spread dough on prepared pizza pan

Bake at 400 for 6 minutes

Top with chicken and alfredo sauce

Tear up fresh spinach leaves

Top with a thin layer of mozzarella

Top with super thinly sliced lemons, rind and all (I used a mandolin on the thinest setting)

Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and black pepper

Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melty and crust is crisp.

Drizzle with olive oil
