Herbed Wine Honey Butter Potatoes
3 Russet potatoes, washed and wedged
1 stick butter
3 sprigs rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp dried parsley
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp white wine, I used a Sauvignon Blanc
salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter, herbs, honey, and wine on stove.
Brush wedges with butter.
Add 8-10 wedges to Air Fryer at a time at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Flip and brush and cook for another 7 minutes.
Do in small batches until done.
Add all of them back in air fryer for another 5 minutes.
Once ready to serve, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
If roasting in oven:
Preheat oven to 400
Spread buttered wedges on cookie sheet.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until soft and golden.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
