Grapefruit Asian Wings

  • 1/4 cup grape jelly

  • 2-4 tablespoons chili garlic paste (depending on desired spice level)

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce, divided

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce, divided

  • 1 heaping tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 cup grapefruit juice (add more if sauce is too thick)

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • sesame seeds

  • grapefruit zest

Place wings, 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce in plastic ziplock bag and marinate in fridge for 24 hours.

Pat wings dry with paper towel.

Air fry at 380 for 18 minutes, and last 2 minutes at 400.

Turn every 2 minutes for even crispiness.

Toss in sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and zest.
