Cinnamon Roll Cookies

•2 1/4 cup flour

•1 tsp baking soda

•1 tsp salt

•1 cup butter, softened

•3/4 cup brown sugar 

•3/4 cup sugar

•1 tbsp vanilla

•2 eggs

•1 cup pecans, chopped

•2 tbsp cinnamon

•1/4 cup white chocolate chips

•1 cup North Eats Cinnamon Roll Granola

Preheat oven to 375.

Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in small bowl. Set aside.

In big bowl beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy.

Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.

Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Stir in pecans, North Eats Cinnamon Granola, and white chocolate chips.

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.

Sprinkle coarse salt on top of warm cookies.

Let cool 2 minutes before placing on wire racks. Cool completely.
