Triple Crown BBQ Meatloaf

  • 1 1/2 pounds beef 80/20, or 85/15

  • 1 pound sausage

  • 1 white onion, diced

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic, divided

  • 3 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 3 tbsp A1 steak sauce

  • 1 tbsp worchstershire sauce

  • 1/2 cup TRIPLE CROWN BBQ SAUCE

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 egg

  • salt and pepper

in small bowl mix yellow mustard, TRIPLE CROWN BBQ SAUCE, worchestershire sauce, A1 steak sauce, brown sugar, and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Set aside.

In large bowl, add 1/2 of the sauce mixture you just prepared, and remaining ingredients.

Stir until just combined.

Grease 2 loaf pans. Spread meat mixture into prepared pans.

Top with remaining prepared sauce. Cook at 375 degrees for 40-60 minutes, or until internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160 degrees.

Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Feel free to add more TRIPLE CROWN BBQ SAUCE on top….Because this sauce is the best!

**This recipe makes 2 loafs. Just half the recipe for one loaf**
