Szechuan Meatball Bowls

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tbsp sriracha, or more depending oh heat level

  • salt and pepper

Meatballs

  • 1 1/2 lb beef 80/20

  • 1 lb sausage

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp chili garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  • salt and pepper

Green Beans

  • 1 lb fresh green beans

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  • sesame seeds

  • 2 cup rice

In large bowl, mix all meatball ingredients and form into balls.

I usually make them a little bigger than a golf ball.

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and place meatballs on prepared pan.

Cover with foil. Cook in oven at 200 for 2 hours.

Meanwhile cook rice according to package directions.

Cook green beans in skillet with sesame oil.

Once beans get soft add chili sauce and sesame seeds.

Mix sauce ingredients and drizzle over meatball bowl.
