Pineapple Teriyaki Cheeseball

  • 2 blocks cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 white onion, chopped and sauted

  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped and sauted

  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped, divided

  • 1 cup peanuts, chopped

  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds, divided

  • 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce

  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained very well

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded

  • sweet chili sauce

  • wonton chips or tortilla chips

In mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, 1/4 cup green onion, white onion, pepper, shredded cheese, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and teriyaki sauce.

Take 2 bid sheets of plastic wrap in a “T” shape.

Pour cheese mixture into center of plastic wrap. Wrap to seal into a ball.

Place ball into small bowl, to help keep the shape. Refrigerate overnight.

Mix remaining green onions, sesame seeds, and peanuts on plate.

Roll cheese ball into peanut mixture until completely coated.

Place on serving tray.

Drizzle with sweet chili sauce.

Serve with wonton chips or tortilla chips.
