Layered Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 1 chicken breast

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened

  • 3-4 celery stalks, diced

  • 1/4 red onion, diced

  • 1 romaine heart, shredded

  • baby tomatoes, halved

  • blue cheese crumbles

  • cheddar cheese, shredded

  • tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 400. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink.

Let cool. then Dice into small chunks. mix 1/4 cup buffalo sauce into chicken.

Mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup buffalo sauce.

Spread evenly over large serving platter or cookie sheet.

Top cream cheese layer with buffalo chicken

Layer next with romaine, then baby tomatoes.

Sprinkle with blue cheese and shredded cheddar.

Drizzle remaining buffalo sauce over the top.

Serve with tortilla chips and dip away!
