Greek Dip with Hot Honey

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1/2 peeled cucumber

  • 4 tbsp diced red onion

  • 4 oz crumbled feta

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • juice and zest of one lemon

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • salt and pepper

  • pinch of red pepper flakes

  • .75 container of fresh dill

  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • a few dashes of hot sauce

  • bagel chips, cucumbers, olives, pita chips as dippers

Place first 11 ingredients into food processor. Pulse until smooth and creamy.

Place honey and hot sauce into microwavable bowl. microwave for 15 seconds and drizzle over prepared dip.

Garnish with lemon zest, fresh dill, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

Serve with cucumber, olives, bagel chips, and pita chips.
