Candy Apple Salad

• 7 small Granny Smith apples, diced

• 15 fun size Milky Way candy bars, diced

• 1 vanilla pudding, follow package directions

• 1 tub whipped topping, thawed

• 1/2 cup peanuts

• 1 tsp apple extract (optional)

Make vanilla pudding according to package directions. I add apple extract to pudding mixture, if using.

Once pudding is set, dice candy and apples.

Put apples, candy, and peanuts in big bowl.

Add whipped topping and vanilla pudding.

Stir until combined.
