Buffalo Chicken Pizza

IMG_2428.jpg

•1 chicken breast, shredded or diced

•1/2 Buffalo sauce, divided

•pre-made dough

•2 cups shredded mozzarella

•2 celery stalks, diced

•1/4 red onion, diced

•blue cheese, crumbled

•1/4 cup pizza sauce

•green onions

Cook chicken how you prefer…

I either shred in crockpot with Buffalo sauce on low for 6 hours or until it shreds easily (This is for when my chicken is frozen or I just don’t have the time).

I usually just dice into bite sized chunks and sauté in skillet over medium/high heat until cooked through, then drizzle with Buffalo sauce.

Prepare pre-made pizza dough on pizza pan. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Cook dough for 10 minutes before topping. This will be a crispy crust.

Mix 1/4 cup pizza sauce and 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce together. Spread over crust.

Top with chicken, 1 cup mozzarella, celery and red onion. Then add remaining mozzarella.

Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles, and green onions. Drizzle with Buffalo sauce.

Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and melty. Serve.

Enjoy!
